This amendment consists of three changes to the MAPS-2 trial.
- The recruitment window has been extended, meaning patients can now be recruited within 24 hours (instead of within 9 hours), and the protocol has been amended to reflect this change.
- The Trial Pharmacist has changed, and this has been updated in the protocol.
- The correction of two typographical errors in the protocol have been reconciled: the CTA reference number has been amended on the front page, and the CRP units within the protocol amendment table have been amended from mg/ml to mg/L.
