This amendment consists of three changes to the MAPS-2 trial.
  1. The recruitment window has been extended, meaning patients can now be recruited within 24 hours (instead of within 9 hours), and the protocol has been amended to reflect this change.
  2. The Trial Pharmacist has changed, and this has been updated in the protocol.
  3. The correction of two typographical errors in the protocol have been reconciled: the CTA reference number has been amended on the front page, and the CRP units within the protocol amendment table have been amended from mg/ml to mg/L.
